Lexipol is hosting a free leadership lunch-and-learn event for Maine law enforcement professionals at all levels. Mark Anderko, director of Strategic Alliances for Lexipol, will present "Burning Down the House—A Leadership Journey Through Change,” exploring the art and science of leadership in law enforcement. The course offers actionable insights from real-life successes and failures and strategies to help you improve by 2% daily.
Lexipol subject matter experts – including CEO Bill Nunan and Vice President of Strategic Alliances Marco DeLeon – will also be on hand.
This training is offered at no charge and includes lunch. Attendees will earn training credits from the Maine Criminal Justice Academy.
