PA House Bill 1910 introduced a host of new mandates on Pennsylvania law enforcement agencies, including several that focus on post-traumatic stress syndrome (PTSD). Agencies are now obligated to screen for and manage potential PTSD in officers and to prepare officers for interactions with subjects who have PTSD or may otherwise be in crisis.
