Mandy Nice, a Lexipol Strategic Wellness Director, has over 18 years of experience developing national award-winning physical fitness and wellness programs to improve the health, quality of life, and resilience of first responders. Her work has been featured in the International Association of Chiefs of Police (IACP) Police Chief Magazine and the FBINAA Magazine and serves as Chair of the IACP Officer Safety and Wellness Section Physical Wellness Committee. She has also served as an SME and professional speaker for industry-leading organizations including the U.S. Bureau of Justice Assistance, the National Justice Clearinghouse, the National White Collar Crime Center, and the National Fraternal Order of Police.
Dr. Rachelle Zemlok is a licensed clinical psychologist in California, specializing in work with first responder families. She serves as a Strategic Wellness Director at Lexipol, supporting the content and strategy related to first responder mental health and wellness, with a special focus on supporting spouses and family members through the Cordico Wellness App. Prior to joining Lexipol, Zemlok founded First Responder Family Psychology, which provides culturally competent therapy to first responders and their family members. She is the author of "The Firefighter Family Academy: A Guide to Educate & Prepare Spouses for the Career Ahead."
